About Loulou

Loulou is an artist known for her originality, passion, and creativity. From a young age, she has been constantly seeking new forms of artistic expression, leading her to explore different techniques and styles.

Body painting has become one of Loulou’s primary forms of expression. Through this technique, she has been able to create unique and original works of art that have been recognized for their high quality and beauty. Her passion for nature, conservationism, and culture is reflected in each of her paintings, which aim to convey a message of awareness and social responsibility.

Loulou’s passion for Mexican culture is evident in her love for the celebration of Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). This tradition has been a constant source of inspiration for her, and she has been able to showcase her creativity and originality in each of her characterizations as Catrina. She is part of the organizing committee of “La Caravana de Catrinas,” which has been taking place in Toronto, Canada since 2021. This tradition has grown in participation and spectators. Her Body Paint studio in Toronto has become a reference point for those seeking a unique and uncommon experience.

Her paintings invite us to reflect on the importance of caring for our planet and spreading Mexican traditions in Canada.
